The Quarantine Logs – Quarantining and Recuperating with the Radios; Tuesday, 24 May 2022

For those who don’t know, my parents came down with COVID-19 last week and I took off from work to care for them. Both of them ended up visiting the emergency room and my father stayed in the hospital through Monday. Long story short, I ended up catching COVID-19 as well (it was difficult to avoid, to be honest). Friday, Saturday, and Sunday were the worst days; it’s easily the sickest I’ve ever been without ending up in an emergency room. I’m quarantined with orders to rest and hydrate through at least Monday, so thankfully my sister was able to take over dealing with hospital and my nephew helped by bringing us some groceries. Yesterday I felt like turning the radios on, so I’m quarantining and resting in front of the radios to pass the time.
